Q: When can I be up and running with VS Card Services?

A: Every business has unique needs and for this reason, some will take longer to get up and running than others. A: A charge back is the term for a return of funds to a customer, usually because the customer refutes the charge. This often occurs if your business operates under multiple names, so be sure to let customers know what the charge may show up as on their bank statement.

Q: How do I avoid charge backs?

Making your merchant processing ID the same name as your website or business will help clear up any chance of confusion. If this is not an option, as you are operating under multiple names, please alert the customer to the possibility of another name showing up on the statement.
